In brief:
Payment: Payment is not
required with registration. We will invoice your company within 15 days of receipt of this
form. All bookings must be paid in advance of the event. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage CME Ltd and sent to Windsor Academy 14 Wildown Road, Bournemouth, BH6 4DP. We reserve the right to charge a penalty of £15 or 1% per month for late payment.
Cancellation: If you
cannot attend, a substitute delegate is welcome provided you give us written notification.
If you transfer to an alternative date or event there is a
transfer charge of 25%. If you cancel more than
20 days before the event
the cancellation charge is 25%. Within 20 days of the
event, the cancellation charge is 75%. Cancellations and transfers must be in writing,
be acknowledged and be more than 5 days prior to the event. Notification within
5 days of the event will be subject to a replacement being available.
Please note that any refund does not apply to accommodation.
Accommodation: We can book accommodation on
your behalf and will provide you with a special rate. Venues typically insist on
guaranteeing accommodation 15 days prior to an event after which the full cost
is incurred. Please note, therefore that the refund rules do not apply to
cancelled accommodation that we are charged for.
Alterations: An
alternative date or a full refund will be available if the programme is cancelled. The
delegate hereby indemnifies and hold Heritage CME Ltd harmless from and against any
costs, damages and expenses which are incurred by the delegate or the delegates company
arising from cancellation or amendment for any reason.
